Where do I buy Poke in the town of goldenrod? (Soul Silver)?

When you first enter the town from the south (coming from the daycare) turn right at the first street and go in the tall building. This is the Department store where you can buy Poke/Tms/Hms/etc. Get on the elevator at the back right. Go up to the 2 floor. Go to the right and talk to the lady closest to you. If you need potions tallk to the lady under her. if you need to know where any other stuff is floor 1 has the map when you click on the 1 on the wall right by the elevator.
