Deformity (look at details for more info)?

I'm 13 and concerned with my chest. It has been the same size since I was in 4th grade. I think I have a deformity called tubular from what I have looked up. They're asymmetrical but I've found that to be common in most women (mine are not too asymmetrical). My real question is if there is any way to fix this deformity without any surgery what so ever. I know tubular are normal in teenage girls but I'm not really "happy." It's not like I'm gonna kill myself over it but I just want to know if there is anyway to fix this deformity without surgery because I've heard that it's painful and expensive. Please Help!
