I wanna fix up my Red-Eyes Deck...?

Well, to start, you need to add a couple Summoned Skulls if you plan to use B. Skull Dragon. Also, take out Monster Reborn and Pot of Greed because they are forbidden. Overall, it is truly a great deck. I'd rate it 9.5 of 10.
