Wireless network connection suddenly becoming really temperamental?

Happens to me all the time. First, just try resetting the router, that works wonders way more often than you may think. Also, make sure nothing is causing interference - people talking on phones/cell phones, microwaves, other laptops, etc - they can all cause interference that messes with your connection.
