If I were you, I'd ditch the 5 wood and 3 iron and replace it with a hybrid. As a note: if you're 4 iron is 23*, get a 19-20* hybrid. There's no point in having two clubs with the same loft. The hybrid's shorter shaft will give you more accuracy than the 5 wood- you'll possibly sacrifice a few yards (because of the shorter shaft) but you'll be in the fairway more. Since you've swapped two clubs for one, add a gap wedge. Try to get it at a loft that's equidistant between your PW and SW. This will give you a more predictable distance spacing- not to mention another option for when you're 120 yards and in and around the green.
