SHOULD I GET MY FEMALE RABBITS FIXED?

ok so i have 2 female netherlands that live togetor and play 2getor and cuddle up 2getor one is one yr old and one is ten weeks they instantly bonded within an hr of meeting so am just wondering if getting them fixed would affect their close bond my one yr old (buffy) grooms her and even carries treats to her and drops them infront of the baby (lilah) wud they lose their bond?
