Does any1 know anything about good websites for watching movies online?

i just got a new tv and now hook my laptop up to it. i want to watch movies online without downloading as i have 02 broadband and cannot go over my download limit. every website i go to either has bad quality picture or there is always a catch like doing surveys, registering and payin! can anyone tell me which website is good for watching movies in hd without any fuss?
