Is the positions,apostles,prophets,ev… and teachers uni?

Ephesians 4:11 And he gave some, Apostles: and some, prophets: and some,evangelist: and some pastors, and some teachers.........why are some of these positions in churches have these titles just for males, i think they all are uni. In 1Timothy it speak on the Bishop and the deacon haveing one wife this is the only place where I find this type of desciption on some high positions, what do you think????
