What cause non-itchy rashes to develop all over the body?

When I was younger maybe 17 or 18, I got ringworm rashes all over my body (arms & legs) n they didn't itch or anything. Some were big and some wasn't, I didn't know I had some of them till i looked in the mirror, talking bout the back of my legs. I didn't go to the doc for it cause I thought nothing of it. My mom said i might have a weak immune system n she also said arthritis runs n the family, just trying to be specific as possible. I had a false positive syphilis test back in 04. The vdrl was 1:4 and rpr was 2 and 4 and they were positive, but the tp-pa was negative. So, maybe the arthritis have something to do with the vdrl and the rpr, cause I heard it could. I haven't been tested for arthritis, but I know I may have it cause I ache down to the bone sometimes. I don't ache everyday, but some days. I have recent been tested for syphilis and the doc told me I didn't have syphilis, it's something else that's causing it to show false positive, so I know it can't be nothing else really, but the arthritis, I'm uming. When I had my baby in 08 they tested her for syphilis and she was negative, but my baby have eczema it runs in the family. Anyways I have dry ashy circle spots on my legs that won't go away for nothing unless I put lotion on them, but when the lotion dries, it's right back. So, could this be some kind of skin problem with the dry spots and all on my legs that won't go away?. I don't have the non-itchy rashes anymore though, they were like non-itchy ringworm rashes, especially on my legs. Thanks and all serious answers, Thanks for reading =) and if this helps I'm 21/f. Oh yeah, my mom said she use to ache like I'm aching when she was in her 20's too n still do till this day. So, maybe I developed the aching from my mommy.
