What are some good Italian bands? And Spanish ones?

I'm preparing myself to take exams to p into the second level of Spanish and the second level of Italian at my school. In doing so, I will be completely skipping the first levels of these cles. I have listened to German music (Tokio Hotel, Oomph!, Silbermond, etc.) to help me learn German, and it really helps. So, do you know any Italian and/or Spanish bands that I could listen to that are cool, upbeat, and fun that would, at the same time, help me with the languages?
