Could there be such a thing as shrub art?

Chimpanzee and elephant art can sell for considerable amounts. It is described as art because it comes from sentient creatures. If I covered a hydrangea with paints and let it blow about in the wind such as to daub paint on paper, could this be described as hydrangea art? If not, what is the difference? We don't know absolutely if plants aren't able to perceive things, and humans are involved in chimpanzee art. If it is not hydrangea art, could it be described as wind art? After all there is Andres Serrano's 'Piss Art', where I suppose the force of gravity played an important role; it's partly left to the elements one might say.
