Can a guy get sensitive before finishing?

ok i know this girl who tole me this guy said he was to sensitive to keep having but he said he didnt finish did he lie and finish in her and just didnt want to tell her? cuz i thought a guy had to actually finish before they got sensitive and all that stuff. so guys is it possible for oyu to get sensitive befoere you finish?
