War crimes trial? If Libya's embattled "leader" is captured alive, should he be tried for war crimes?

Why not, one might ask? He's behaving just as Hitler did during the fall of the Third Reich when he ordered the total destruction of German infrastructure, and said the remaining German people had no right to live.
