STOP codon in forward primer for PCR mutagenesis ?

First thing to know is that stop codon is there to stop the translation not the transcription. For stopping transcription you require a rho factor which is not provided in PCR. That's why all the nucleotide downstream of primer will get duplicated until the DNA strand ends. So, it will not affect elongation of DNA.
