Moped doesnt start. 50cc?

hi, my rexy 50cc moped doesnt run. this is wen it stopped running: i guess my fuel gauge wasnt working and i thot i had enuff gas in my moped but it stopped. and i kept trying to start it electrically and with the kick st art multiple times. after that i wonderd if my fuel guage wasnt working and it wasnt cuz i had no fuel in my tank. so i filled it up. after that i cudn't start it still. all the lights and blinkers work so its not the battery. i just changed my spark plug and my old one had gas on it. wen i put the new one inside i took it out agin and there was gas on the end of it too. but i put it back inside and tried to start it, but it didnt work. please help me.
