Can oils be made to vaporize under vacuum with no heat applied?

I was looking into the getting oil to vaporize or boil under a strong vacuum. Unfortunately I don't know how to figure it out. The oil in question has a vapor pressure of 1 mmHg at 70 degrees. Any help would be appreciated.
