What do you think of waldorf schools, if you don't know how it is check this out?

Ok, so I put my son in a french international school here in Netherlands and it is WAY to strict. I was in a Waldorf school when I was a girl and I had the best time in my life. I didn't learn how to read till I was about 6 or 7, but I developed S-E-N-S-I-B-I-L-I-T-Y (not so common right now). I was very happy, I studied medicine in Cambridge, etc...the point is I want my son to learn differently then in public schools, I would keep him in an alternative school till he finishes elementary. He is just 4 years old, he gets tons of homework and he starts school at 7:45 a.m and finishes at 15:10 and he wears uniform. So I was wondering what you think about this, me and my husband aren't sure if changing him or not. The Waldorf school is private, it is pretty big and good.

If you grew up this way, would you be an idiot and continue the cycle?

Your mom is on welfare. People are shot in your neighborhood every day in gang violence, many of them innocent bystanders hit by mental rejects so loaded on crack that they can't fire a gun straight. Your home is dirty. You have never had enough to eat or the proper clothing for a girl your age? Would you allow yourself to get pregnant by some guy and start the whole thing over?

How do you politely tell your attorney you'd like him to get busy on your case?

Finally!! I hit the six week mark past my third and final shoulder surgery. I have almost full range of motion and am virtually pain free! My family was involved in a car accident when a young man slammed into the back of our vehicle on the interstate. It took three surgeons to finally "fix the problem," and I am ready to move forward now and put this fiasco behind me. The first surgeon repaired my labrum, the second surgeon did (in his words) "a major clean up job" of inflamed tissue, but he didn't seek out the source of WHY THE TISSUE WAS INFLAMED, and the final surgeon figured out (without any imaging test) that my AC joint was damaged, thus causing more fraying of tissue and inflammation. Oh! He also discovered a nice sized tear in my rotator cuff that was somehow missed previously. I have never had any issues with my shoulders...no health issues at all really besides childbirth. My husband and I collected all of my medical bills and prescription bills, and hand delivered them to the attorney in large stacks repeatedly throughout this ordeal. We haven't pressured him for the past year since he took my case. The accident took place nine months prior to our hiring him. I finally received a letter yesterday from his office stating that he was NOW in the process of meeting with my three surgeons and requesting letters from them. He says it will most likely be another year before we see any resolution. OMG! Really??!! We have picked up every doent this man has requested, done all of our own "leg work," and he is only NOW beginning to do his job? What else can I do to help myself at this point. We have medical bills that we are still paying on; we need to finish this case now. Any suggestions? I don't want to make the man angry and hurt my case, but at the same time, my husband and I feel this case could/should be so much further along at this point.

okay - so hes 61 years old - SO WHAT! He was obviously born with rock n roll in his veins so why is everyone gasping with disgust when he runs off with some 17 year old money grabbing russian bint? when his missues met him, he was already married and cheating on HER with eric claptons wife (who lets be honest, patti boyd has been around the block a bit hasnt she?) - what does she expect?. Pneumatic Actuators, materials used for piston and cylinders?

Hi, i need some serious enlightening for the subject mention or rather pertaining to it. I know what's the working principle but my lecturer posed a totally unexpected question. Why are the piston fabricated from steel chromed plates and cast irons for the cylinders? Why can't the surface of the piston be dull rather than shiny? Is there a logical explanation to it or it's just for aesthetic reason? Please advise. Thanks
